Design Services: We do it all - from Project Visioning
to Start Up and then more, i.e. Schematic, Design Development and Construction
Documents, Bidding, Contract Administration, Commissioning and closeout, even

renovated Aquatic Center. It is the cornerstone of success, executed before the
design of a facility. It delivers a disciplined due diligence process to ensure
that every issue is identified and thoroughly thought through before the first
designer's pen scratches paper.

success are both in the details. When you've opened hundreds of pools and
aquatic centers, you know how to do it and how important it is to get it right

will run itself." You must have a standard operating procedure,
establish precise staff training and operational protocols to deliver a great

Facility Audit: It's more fun than one by the
